When money comes back, how to ask for it, and how long it takes.

Your statutory rights come first: the fourteen-day right of withdrawal in section 2 and the always-refunded cases in section 3 apply regardless of anything else on this site. Beyond those, a euro is final once your listing has been placed at #1 — the placement is the product, and it has then already happened.
1. Our position
What you buy is delivered immediately and completely: the listing is placed at #1 as soon as payment confirms. Being pushed down afterwards is not a defect — it is the rule of the board, stated before you pay. Once the placement has happened the purchase is final and we do not offer discretionary refunds; a top spot that could be bought and unbought would not be a ranking.
That is our commercial position. It does not override the statutory rights below, which apply regardless of anything else on this site. The same rules apply to sponsor payments; any refund goes to the person who paid.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Withdrawal instruction (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded — the day your payment is confirmed.
To exercise the right, you must inform us — IP Strategy UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Niederrheinstraße 46f, 41472 Neuss, Germany, email info@ipstrategy-group.de — of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (for example an email or a posted letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline. Include the payment reference from your receipt so we can find the order quickly.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we repay all payments received from you for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your statement, using the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you.
How immediate performance affects the right
- The placement — the push to #1 is fully performed the moment your listing is put at the top, normally within seconds of payment. When you pay, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal for this component ends once it has been fully performed; that consent is recorded, with its timestamp, against your payment. Your payment receipt comes by email from Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
- The one-year listing — a service. Requesting immediate performance does not end this right. You may withdraw within the fourteen days; the listing then ends and we deduct a proportionate amount for the period already provided and refund the rest.
If, exceptionally, the placement has not yet happened at all, the right remains in full and the euro comes back in full.

If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to you.
3. When we refund regardless
- We refuse or remove your entry. If we decline or take down a listing under clause 6 of the Terms of Sale, the last placement is refunded in full.
- We fail to deliver. If your listing does not appear at #1 within the stated window and we cannot put it right, you get a full refund.
- Duplicate or technical charges. Charged twice for one placement, or charged anything other than €1? Refunded in full, promptly.
- Unauthorised payment. Tell us and we will refund and unwind the placement while it is investigated.
- We close the board. If the site is discontinued during your paid year, the unused portion of your last euro is refunded pro rata; a confirmed payment that was never placed is refunded in full.
4. How to ask
Email info@ipstrategy-group.de with the payment reference from your Dodo Payments receipt and a sentence on what happened. Requests can also be raised with Dodo Payments directly, as merchant of record, using that same reference.
We acknowledge every request within two business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else. Dodo Payments processes them, typically within 5–10 business days, after which your bank or card issuer decides when the money appears. Where a placement is refunded, it is removed from the listing's payment count and the listing's position is corrected accordingly; corrections of duplicate or erroneous charges do not affect the listing.
6. Cancelling a subscription
There is nothing to cancel — ever. beseen.lol has no subscriptions, no renewals and no automatic charges. Every euro is a single payment you actively make and buys one year on the board. If you never pay again, your listing keeps sliding down as others pay and is removed when its year runs out. Not paying is the cancellation.
7. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us first — it is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it. Where a chargeback is raised, the listing is suspended while the payment provider reviews it.
